Like a family-friend
Jackson is not just a financial consultant, he is like a family-friend.
My sister recommend me to Jackson when she learns that i was looking for a reliable financial consultant. Jackson provides excellent service and took the extra mile to further explain my concerns.
But what is important, I trust that my future is well protected.
Taufiq, Technician
Sincere, and highly recommended!
I am glad that Jackson is assisting my husband and I and our little baby with our insurance coverage.
My previous policy was purchased by my parents and subsequently transferred to me. This also means that i do not personally know my advisor and hence i do not feel comfortable reaching out when i have questions/ wanted to do any add-on to my current policy. Thankfully, my husband introduced me to Jackson and he has been a great help. Jackson knows his policies well and he helped to analyse which plan works best for me based on my current needs. I am also pleasantly impressed that Jackson is very well informed on other competitors’ policies too and was able to point out quickly to me the pros and ons about those other policies so that i can make an informed decision. I like that he is sincere and that he provides good explanations and summaries of the policies.
I highly recommend Jackson to anyone who is looking for a reliable financial adviser!
Qinghuang (Manager) & Cheryl (Tax Consultant)

I am very glad to be able to engage Jackson to assist me and my wife to get the necessary insurance coverage.
Jackson is meticulous and makes it a point to explain the range of available options; so that we would have a clear picture of all available options before making our decision on which products to get. Jackson would explain based on the point of view of the consumer, to journey with us to explore the best option for us to choose.
There was no need to fear if you don't know anything/everything about insurance products. This is because Jackson would make it easy and digestible for you to understand as succinctly as possible.
If anyone needs insurance advice or is looking for a review, I would highly recommend you to contact Jackson for sure!

Has been a really helpful agent
Jackson has been a really helpful agent. Even though i only have 1 or 2 policies with Prudential, Jackson never fails to ensure that we have at least an annual review to run through my current plan and possible coverage or protection that may benefit me and my future.
Furthermore, he does not try to hard sell these policies but rather share them in an open conversation.
I am really grateful to have him managing my policies.
Vincent, Senior Pharmacist
You will be impressed with his professionalism
I have worked with Jackson for the past 5years and i would like to commend his professionalism. He does comprehensive financial reviews for all his clients. For me, that review has provided a bird's eye view of my essential coverage and the right amount of coverage to aim for. After working with Jackson, I can say that i feel very financially secured for events that are out of my control.
He does not do unnecessary upsells and only tailor solutions that cater to his clients' needs. He is the go-to-person for me for any insurance related questions.

Jackson is the go to guy for insurance and financial planning needs.
I first met with him during a meeting he had with my wife, and he really left a good impression.
He will never guilt trip you into taking on new coverage or investment plans or invoke fear onto you based on the 'what ifs' in life.
He will always listen to your situation before suggesting the best options. We also appreciate that he is always contactable and genuine is his replies to our queries.

Patient in his explanation, and genuine
I have known Jackson since my primary school days but he only became my financial consultant after my previous Prudential agent left the company some time ago.
That was where we had deeper conversations on financial planning. I believe the best part of having Jackson as my financial consultant is the fact that he is patient in his explanations and genuine in helping me plan out an all-round coverage based on my budget at different phases of my life. He also constantly helps to look at my changes to specific policies to help me get sufficient coverage with a friendlier budget.
I, for one, am no proficient with the numerous financial terms and reading the wordy policy documents. Thus, I am truly thankful that Jackson is able to break down all the information where i can understand easily.
Thank you Jackson, for also making our review sessions seem like a friendly catch-up and also accommodating to my requests whenever you can!
Keep up the awesome work, Jackson!
Jia Hui, Teacher

Also, he is considerate and thoughtful to understand my needs and personalise my coverage to my present situation.
Thank you!
Balerie, Store Manager

Thanks for being there to support always
Jackson has been my financial consultant for about a decade now for the insurance needs for me and my family.
He is dedicated, focus, and always available for clarification for support as needed. He has also assisted me with financial advice for investment products that are insurance linked.
Recently, as part of the ongoing covid crisis, he has taken effort to keep me informed periodically on policy changes and other such related information.
I take this opportunity to appreciate and thank Jackson for his dedication, knowledge, patience and for being there to support always.
Shankar, Technology Professional
Highly recommend Jackson, not because he is our friend
We have been many years of friends with Jackson. He has never once talk about insurance policies during catch up sessions.
Needless to say, we approached him for insurance advices first.
Jackson is very professional in sharing his knowledge and making comparisons of different permutations of the same type of policy. He explains clearly the rationale and payout of each insurance.
He is also genuine and honest about the pros and cons of the policies. These definitely help us to make informed decision on what fits our needs best. We appreciate his efforts to make sure we understand what we are in for and constantly give us financial updates.
We highly recommend Jackson, not because he is our friend, but because he is very passionate and proficient in what he is doing given his many years of experience in this field.
Benny (Senior Engineer) & Melody (Manager)
Friendly and approachable personality
Jackson is very detailed and obliging consultant; he makes the effort to work around your schedule (aside from his own busy schedule) and has the patience to go through the details of each and every plan, even if he has explained it before.
His friendly and approachable personality makes for easy conversation and it's no surprise that he made the MDRT again and again.
Congrats and Jia You!
Elaine, Civil Servant
Very experienced and knowledgeable
My wife and I have known Jackson since 2016. We have fully entrusted him to oversee our policies. That is how much confidence that he has given us.
His is not pushy and has a keen eye for details based on our requirements and our future plans.
I can confidently say we are well covered under the guidance of Jackson. He is not only our financial consultant but a good friend. He understands what we need as we age and the changing responsibilities my wife and i have as we go along in our lives.
He is always very proactive in our needs and readily available whenever we have doubts. Performing claims under his guidance was a breeze, as he is very experienced and knowledgable in what he does best.
Never regretted knowing him and his professionalism speaks a lot about him!
Senthil (Security Professional) & Yasoda (Nurse Manager)
Looks after clients' best interest

Jackson has been someone who is very trustworthy and knowledgeable on what he is doing.
He will always go the extra mile to clear our doubts. With that, i feel safe entrusting my funds with him.
Deeply appreciates his hardwork and effort!
Carmen, Care Coordinator
Always truthful and goes out of his way!
Jackson has always struck me as the most attractive agent i have ever met. But that is not the most important aspect of him. He is one capable young man who has worked extremely hard over the years to get to where he is now.
Jackson has never been one of those obnoxious insurance salespeople, which is what makes him so impressive.
He is always truthful and goes out of his way to make sure that my immediate demands are met while remaining within my budget in the long run.
Jackson has tirelessly followed up on me for the past 10years, assisting me in step-by-step planning of all my polices.
Therefore I am very grateful and i always know he is someone I can trust and rely on, as he is always willing to provide a hand and offer advice, even when things are challenging for me.
Sharon, Teacher

So comfortable to speak to
I was introduced to Jackson by my colleague. In fact, a few of my colleagues are already Jackson's clients. I truly appreciate the amazing service and warm approach from him. He is someone so comfortable to speak to and always there when i needed any clarification.
He is definitely not pushy and never fail to inform me if there is any updates that is applicable to me.
Jackson will definitely be the ONE if you are looking for a financial consultant.
Good job Jackson, you definitely deserve this testimonial!
Alice, Pharmacy Technician Executive
Excellent financial planner!
Jackson makes for an excellent financial planner with his strong sense of responsibility. He is prompt in following up with policies, yet he is not one to employ hard-sell tactics.
Jackson is also very clear when explaining policies, and never fails to make sure that I understand the terms fully.
Glad to have him as my financial planner!
Wei Chun, Language Executive
Thanks to him, I could fully concentrate on getting well!
I got to know Jackson after he replaced my agent who left the company.
At first, it was weird having a stranger come talk to me about what i actually need to be 'minimally' covered. I remember confidently saying, I am too young for anything to happen. He politely reminded me that is not true and explained the policy and benefits to me with great patience. Because he was not pushy, I trusted him and went ahead with his recommendations. It was not anything excessive, it was well thought of and within my budget. That's a huge consideration for me because I was newly employed and a spendthrift.
Few years down the road, I really have him to thank because unfortunately, I got his with stage 3 cancer at the age of 29! Who would have thought?
Having the doctor tell me i need to go through chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy, the last thing i want to worry about was money for my treatment.
At 29, how much savings could i have for 16cycles of chemotherapy, surgery and 21cycles of radiotherapy?! Am i going to be a burden to my loved ones?
Thankfully, Jackson came to the rescue and I found out that I was covered and Prudential paid for my very expensive treatment. I dread to think what could have happened if I did not heed Jackson's advice back then! Thanks to that, I could fully concentrate on getting well.
During that period, whenever I needed help, he was always quick to assist me. He is never Missing-In-Action, and will reply almost instantly. Even when i found out later on that he is actually overseas on his holiday!
Talk about dedication to work. I know that i am in good hands. I fully understand why he is 1 of the top financial consultant and i never hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family!
Syafiqah, Registered Nurse

He is a very good listener and is very passionate about his role. He always presents his advices very sincerely for the good of his clients.
During covid-19 circuit breaker, Jackson sent me many helpful financial tips like bank interests information, will writing, etc. He is very thoughtful and patient and takes the extra step to think about and listen to his clients' needs.
I am very glad to have him as my financial planner.

He even went out of his way to help us in the submission of my hospitalisation bills which we appreciate a lot.
All in all, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a trustable and reliable agent!
Crystal (Homemaker) and Louis (Showroom Manager)

It was a good session through Zoom with Jackson much more convenient from my point of view. Overall, I am happy and satisfied with Jackson as my insurance agent. As usual, Jackson never even hard sell on what I should purchase for my wife policy. This is what i like about him.

It has been more than 10years? I am very fortunate to have met you early and I am pleased with the financial knowledge that you have shared with me.
I feel at ease and secure with the policies that you have recommended to me and my family which are up to date with how much coverage I need and how much I could afford.

He is professional not to promote product that I had shown no interest but only stick to the topics that I had requested and most importantly he was never pushy.
Once my son was hospitalised when he was only 2months old, and luckily I had already purchased the hospitalisation insurance which Jackson had reminded me to consider before he was born.
